My artwork revolves around the concept of essence of the subject matter. Mostly my subjects of interests are portraiture and emotive gestural drawings with a hint of spontaneous improvisation of bold brush stokes done with charcoal or digital medium.
Yahya's commercial artwork has been critically acclaimed and published at many platforms, such as The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Fusion. He has directed Animated series and TV commercials and currently creating comics. He's the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Creative Frontiers and CFxComics.
Yahya holds a Masters (Gold Medal) from the National College of Arts Lahore with nearly ten years of experience in art, design, film production and new media at multinational organisations such as Warid and Wateen, after which he served as the Creative Director at Creative Village. He was also the Director for “Main Aur Mere Dost”, which was a USAID funded animated series focused on gender equity. Currently Yahya is Creative Director at Creative Frontiers, where he ensures exceptional quality artwork, photography, design and animation for Creative Frontier’s growing number of satisfied clients.
